Teach Connect Hub (TCH) is an educator-focused professional learning and development platform committed to supporting teachers with practical knowledge, professional guidance, resources and opportunities for continuous growth.
Founded by educator Ijeoma Okotie, TCH grew from a desire to make meaningful professional development and educator support more accessible, particularly for teachers working in underserved and developing educational contexts.
TCH supports educators through professional-development programs, webinars, practical teaching resources, mentorship, career-development services and school-focused initiatives. Through programs such as the School Growth Partnership and International Teacher & Career Services, TCH provides both individual and institutional support designed to strengthen professional practice and promote sustainable educational growth.
At the heart of Teach Connect Hub is a simple belief: every educator deserves access to meaningful opportunities to learn, develop and strengthen their professional practice, regardless of where they teach.

About the Founder
About the Founder
Ijeoma Okotie is an experienced science and biology educator, curriculum contributor, teacher mentor and professional-development facilitator with more than a decade of experience across secondary and pre-university education.
She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Biology Education and has taught learners across different educational contexts. Her professional experience includes science and biology instruction, curriculum and assessment development, teacher leadership, mentoring, inquiry-based learning, support for diverse learners and professional learning for educators.
Her experiences working with teachers and students across different educational environments inspired the development of Teach Connect Hub as a platform through which educators can access practical professional learning, resources, mentorship and career-development support.
Through TCH, she seeks to build a growing community in which educators can strengthen their practice, learn from one another and access opportunities that support both professional growth and improved student learning.
