Applications are accepted from:
School Owners
School Principals/administrators who:
Have decision making authority
Have flexibility to implement school-level changes
Are trusted to lead improvement efforts
Applicants must have the authority and autonomy to effect change within their school.
Applications will not be considered where leadership does not have flexibility to implement agreed improvements.
What Participating Schools Receive
Participating schools will receive tailored support aligned with their identified needs, including:
Guided instructional leadership support
Structures for teacher collaboration and planning
Support for departmental or grade level meetings
Practical tools for improving teaching and learning
Ongoing reflection and feedback opportunities

Designed to fit into existing school responsibilities:
One leadership check-in per month (45-60 minutes)
One structured teacher collaboration activity per month
Short feedback moments (no lengthy reports or documentation)
The program focuses one priority improvement area at a time to avoid overload.
NOTE: SGP does not replace or prescribe curriculum. The program supports leadership and teaching systems that work within your existing curriculum and national requirements.

Schools define their own priorities.
At the start of the program, participating schools complete a Needs & Readiness Assessment, which informs:

Seondary support areas
The pace and structure of support
All improvement work is co-designed with the school.
School Commitment
To ensure meaningful outcomes, participating schools agree to:
Commit to the full program duration
Appoint one school liaison
Create space for teacher collaboration
Participate in Leadership check-ins
Provide honest feedback throughout the program
This shared commitment ensures consistency, accountability, and progress.
Certification
Schools that complete the program will recieve a:
